Caprese Di Leonardo - Ripe tomato, fresh Bocconcini mozzarella, basil pesto, cucumber slice, fresh rosemary sprig and a drizzle of sweet balsamic reduction. $9
Chicken Salad “Fitness” - Grilled chicken breast, sliced pears, fresh strawberries and sesame seeds tossed with our gourmet European mix and sesame-ginger dressing. $12
Caesar Salad - Fresh crisp romaine, bacon bits and herb croutons tossed with our tangy homemade Caesar dressing. $8
Salade Nicoise - Spring mix, olives, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon, capers, boiled egg and anchovies, with red wine vinaigrette. $9
House Salad - A fine mix of fresh greens, dressed in balsamic vinaigrette and topped with cherry tomatoes and marinated feta cubes. $8

Mediterranean Bruschetta - fresh diced tomato, basil, capers and black olives, served in a crispy tortilla shell with Catalan toast. $9
Mini Pizzettas Caprese - two pizzettas with spinach, tomato and bocconcini cheese, served with a salad and a drizzle of sweet balsamic reduction. $9
Spinach Dip - four-cheese spinach dip served with toasted pita points and cherry tomatoes. $8
Cajun Shrimp - Six black tiger shrimp, sauteed with diced tomatoes and peppers in our own Cajun sauce. Served with toasted garlic bread points for dipping. $10
Satay of Chicken - Grilled chicken breast strips on a stick, served with oriental peanut-butter sauce. $9
Pan-Seared Sea Scallops cooked with bacon bits and served on a bed of sautéed spinach and julienne peppers over a grilled Portabela mushroom. $12

Coconut Shrimp - Four jumbo shrimp breaded in a special coconut breading and fried until golden and crispy. Served with plum sauce. $8
Jalapeno Poppers - Five jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese mixture then battered and fried in healthy canola oil to make delicious little tapas. They are mild!!! $8
Thai Style Mussels - Fresh mussels sautéed with cilantro, fresh ginger and a medley of diced vegetables in a light white wine sauce. $10
